From the toe-tapping beat of a lively reel to the lilt of a tear-jerking Irish
ballad, Morningstarre sets the stage for a night of entertainment you wouldn't want to miss! Created on the fiddle, guitar,
keyboard, percussion and vocals, Morningstarre Celtic Band brings to the stage a fiery mix of Celtic, folk, gypsy, original
and popular music for all ages.
Located in central
Ohio, we began as a family band in 2007, with our first three sibling-members, Rosemary, Caitlin and Chris Hedge. Sometimes
our younger brother Joseph played with us. We played mostly for private groups and parties plus many weddings, both in and
out of state.
In the summer of 2009, we recorded our first CD, entitled "Awake
with the Dawn."
Our new 2012 album "Fly Away the Night" is now
